Dale is a general partner for C&D Construction, which was established in 2003. He and his partner, Curt Olsen, work mainly within 25 miles of the Davis, Illinois area. Davis is on the Illinois/Wisconsin border.
The guys specialize in remodeling projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, basements, etc. They also build outbuildings and workshops for farming and commercial business purposes. They have completed new construction projects such as a 1750 square foot ranch home in Rock City, Illinois.
Not only did Dale erect both Cabin 1 and Cabin 2, he also did all the quality finish work, which is a skill that is sought after but sometimes difficult to find. One stay at the cabins and you will see how good he is at his job. He loves to spend his free time at the cabins and works on weekends to improve them and make them even more inviting and comfortable to his family and visitors. Dale is meticulous, which makes him the perfect mate for my sister, who is quite particular herself.
Prior to operating their own construction business, both Dale and Curt worked for a local machining company. Prior to that, both were engaged in dairy farming. Dale has an Associate’s Degree in Building Trades Management.
Dale and Curt are hard workers who can tackle most any project. They have a wonderful sense of humor when they work together and customers don’t have to pay extra for a few laughs.
