La Crosse Mardi Gras Celebration

January 23rd-31st - It's winter and the cold, grey weather is giving you cabin fever. Summer's a long way off, but you need something to do to break up the days and take a little break. The La Crosse Mardi Gras Celebration is just the thing to chase away the winter blahs. The celebration begins with a costume ball followed by a festival. Proceeds from the celebration benefit schools, youth and community centers in the area.
