Enjoy the sound of the loon in the
"Loon Capital of the World," Mercer, Wisconsin.

Stonewall Hideaway East and West cottages are located on Grand Portage Lake (aka Tank Lake) just 1 1/2 miles from downtown Mercer; and centrally located between Minocqua and Hurley.

Our grounds have a gentle slope to Grand Portage Lake. Grand Portage is a 144 acre lake with a depth up to 30 feet. Great for fishing - Walleye, Northern, Musky, and Bass! Grand Portage is also great for jet skis, wake boarding, water skiing or tubing!

You can ATV or Snowmobile from your door as Stonewall Hideaway is just 30 yards (across the street) from the ATV/Snowmobile Trail 10; which enables you to access hundreds of miles of ATV and snowmobile trails.

Great area for cross-country skiing and just a short-drive away from downhill skiing in Ironwood Michigan.

This two bedroom, one bath cottage sleeps up to 7 people.

     - One queen bed and two twin beds with one rollaway bed available for one
       additional person
     - Queen size sofa sleeper
     - Full Bath with Tub/Shower

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware.

Sheets, pillowcases, blankets, pillows and towels provided.

For your convenience we supply garbage bags, coffee filters, roll of paper towels and toilet tissue.

Gas furnace and wood burning fireplace

Ceiling fan and box fans

Two Color TV's with cable (50 channels)

Plus DVD Player and movies as well as a VHS Player and movies

This cottage features two bedrooms, one bath and sleeps up to ten people.

     - Two rollaway beds available for two additional people
     - One queen bed
     - Two bunk beds (full on bottom and twin on top)

Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware.

Linens, blankets, pillows and towels.

For your convenience, we supply garbage bags, coffee filters, a roll of paper towels and toilet tissue.

Gas furnace and gas woodstove (also provides heat)

Three ceiling fans and box fans
