2br - Home Away From Home

This cottage is in a beautiful wooded private community called Assembly Park and is located 8 miles west of Lake Geneva on Lake Delavan. A large side yard with 2 picnic tables and 2 Weber grills await a summer of relaxation for our renters enjoyment. The private beach serving our rentors and residents is only a short walk from the cottage.

This cottage is self contained except for sheets, pillow cases, towels and wash clothes, which you supply. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds. A sleeper couch is in the front room and a rollaway bed that goes into the front room closet.

It has 2 window air conditioners, one 10,000 BTU in the living room and one 5000 BTU in the dinning area. Central heating. There is a T.V., VCR. micro wave, toaster oven.
